These third parties help us run Kothadesk. The AI provider you choose is engaged by you directly with your own key, so it is not listed here.

Where Kothadesk runs
Kothadesk runs its application servers and database on its own infrastructure in a Tier IV data centre in India. The facility provides space, power and network connectivity; it has no access to the servers or to customer data, so it is not a subprocessor.

Our own website
Google Analytics (Google LLC) measures visits to our marketing and sign-in pages, only for visitors who accept it in the cookie banner. It receives no customer or chat data, so it is not a subprocessor for our customers.
Services you engage directly
Your AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI or an OpenAI-compatible service) runs on the API key you supply, under your own agreement with that provider.
Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, if you turn it on for a bot, uses your own Turnstile site key and secret.
These services act for you, not for Kothadesk, so they are not listed above.
