Your assistant runs on your own key, so model usage appears on your provider's invoice, not ours. Here is how to think about it.

Pricing questions.
Do you mark up tokens?
No. Model usage runs on your own provider key and your provider bills you at their price. Kothadesk records token counts and an estimated cost so you can see them, but never bills model usage.
What happens when we reach a plan limit?
Creating more of a capped item, such as bots or sources, is blocked with a clear message. If monthly visitor messages run out, visitors see a neutral unavailable notice rather than an error, and owners and admins get an alert at 80 and 100 percent.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. Plans are listed in Indian rupees and US dollars; choose the currency above. Talk to us about invoicing details for your company.
Can I switch AI models later?
Yes, per bot and at any time. Changing the embedding model re-indexes the bot in the background while the old index keeps answering.
Is my AI key safe?
Keys are verified when you save them, encrypted with a key that belongs to your workspace, never shown again (only the last four characters) and never used for anyone else.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can move to the free plan or delete the workspace from the dashboard. A deleted workspace is kept for 30 days in case of mistakes, then purged.
What counts as a visitor message?
Each message a visitor sends in a live conversation counts once, including messages a person on your team answers during a handoff. The assistant's replies, your team's messages and tests in the playground do not count. Monthly limits reset on the first day of each month (UTC).
What does the Free plan include?
The Free plan includes 1,000 visitor messages a month, 1 bot, 3 team members, 5 knowledge sources, 100 MB of knowledge storage and 10 evaluation runs a month, with cited answers from your own content. It runs on your own AI key, so there is no card to enter and no usage bill from us.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes, for plans with an annual price: a year costs less than twelve monthly payments. Choose Annual above to see each plan's yearly price and the saving.
How are paid plans billed, and do you issue invoices?
There is no card checkout in the dashboard. Start on the free plan, then write to [email protected] and we move your workspace to a paid plan and invoice you in rupees or dollars. Send your company name, address and tax registration with the request so they appear on the invoice.
